Protect free speech this weekend!
Please contact Gabe Amo and Seth Magaziner. Find out why they didn’t sign the letter to Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem urging her to release Mahmoud Khalil, a Columbia University graduate detained amid Trump’s crackdown on pro-Gaza protestors.
Khalil is a green card holder who had a prominent role in Columbia’s campus protests in support of Palestinians. He is currently being held by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) at a facility in Louisiana.
Revoking legal residency or visas for participating in protests creates a chilling effect, discouraging free expression, and sets a dangerous precedent for us all.
Please take the time to make these calls.
Thank you!!!!
