So, we teamed up with the incredible Willa Van Nostrand of Little Bitte Artisanal Cocktails to completely reimagine our bar program. The result? Classic cocktails with a Borealis spin—familiar favorites with a little extra magic that makes them uniquely ours. Whether you’re here for our signature Espresso Martini or something new, we want every sip to be as memorable as our coffee. And it’s not just about the drinks. We’ll be sprucing up the space, adding cozy touches and a splash of color to make The Aurora Bar the perfect spot to unwind.
