Welcome to PopUp Rhody (the “Site”), owned and operated by PopUp Rhody LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services.

PopUp Rhody provides a service for listing, sharing, and discovering events for independent businesses and organizations in the Providence Metropolitan Area and Rhode Island (the “Service”). The Service includes a calendar of events, and may include other related services and content.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the Site and Service in a manner that is respectful, inclusive, and promotes a positive environment for all participants. We are counting on you to notify PopUp Rhody when violations of Terms of Service occur, so that we can step-in to help keep our community safe and welcoming.
In addition, you agree not to:
- Post, transmit, misrepresent, or otherwise make available any content that is demeaning, disrespectful, discriminatory, hateful, or incites violence.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
4. Content Submission Terms
You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the Site. Contributors share only content that is valuable and relevant to the Site.
By submitting content to the Site, you grant PopUp Rhody a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform, and publicly display such content.
We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is demeaning, disrespectful, discriminatory, hateful, or incites violence.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Site.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PopUp Rhody and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PopUp Rhody makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
